Shipping and delivery policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get it

• Biodata: unlocks on your screen as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds. You can then download the PDF and image straight away.
• Private photo profile: goes live as soon as you create it after paying. The edit link is shown once; save it somewhere private.

If it doesn't arrive

If you paid and nothing unlocked, open the site again on the same phone; it checks the payment and unlocks automatically. If that does not work, use “Restore purchase” with the mobile number you paid with, or email biodatasetu.support@gmail.com or call +91 88024 74088 with your Razorpay payment ID.
