These terms apply when you use BiodataSetu (https://www.biodatasetu.app), run by Ashish Sharma. By using the site you agree to them.

What we provide

BiodataSetu is a design tool for making marriage biodata documents. We are not a matrimony service: we do not introduce people, verify anyone's details, or arrange marriages.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.
• Make a biodata only for an adult of legal marriage age in India (18 for women, 21 for men), with that person's agreement.
• Give true information, and do not impersonate anyone or use someone's photo without permission.
• Only publish details or photos on a private profile when the adult described has agreed to share them with people who have the link.
• Keep your private edit link safe. Anyone who receives it can manage the profile.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you start and include all taxes. The Biodata purchase is ₹99 one-time; the Biodata and photo page purchase is ₹249 one-time. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Designs and your content

Our designs, artwork and software belong to us. A downloaded biodata is yours to print and share for your family's marriage search. You may not resell our designs or use them to build a competing product. The details and photos you add remain yours.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of any biodata, or for information users enter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
